About the Role:

XCT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing technical operations team. Our clients are some of the largest and most innovative industrial consumers of power, including data centers, cold storage, manufacturing, and telecommunications. This role is pivotal in managing the deployment of our solutions, and you will have the opportunity to drive customer success across trending industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, energy efficiency, and commercial/industrial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the successful execution of approximately five projects at a time, managing each phase from kickoff to completion, within a one-month project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with XCT field engineers to survey new projects, develop installation plans, and efficiently manage installation schedules.
• Source and coordinate electrical subcontractors while serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
• In a typical day, you may:
  • Host a client call to coordinate a project electrical survey conducted by an XCT field engineer
  • Complete an installation plan and work with the client to obtain approval to proceed
  • Host a call and coordinate with an electrician to secure installation quotes and negotiate contracts
  • Schedule shipments of equipment to client locations and record inventory adjustments
  • Coordinate with field personnel to maintain project and portfolio schedules
  • Complete progress reporting for clients, leadership, investors, and internal stakeholders
• The Project Manager will work closely with the Engineering Design and Asset Management teams to adapt processes to ensure best practices are implemented.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant technical project management experience. (electrical or construction projects is ideal)
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in various project management tools and methodologies with the ability to demonstrate experience with preferred tools
